Speaking of which, I'm currently working on a So Faded pullover.
Fades always pique my interest.
I think it's fun to knit because you can change your mind from the color you originally decided on
or change colors if you get bored in the middle.
I've tried putting together some combinations with the yarn I'm introducing in this update.
I thought it might be easier to imagine than seeing the yarn individually,
so I hope it helps if you're ever stuck!
Left to Right
Mauve-toned combination
Nun's Sachet, Plum Sugar, Lu
It's not the only way to do it,
but if part of the neighboring color is included, I feel it blends well when faded.
I like putting a white-based speckle (Moana) in the middle to create rhythm.
Grape Sorbet, Marsh Mallow, Moana, Plum Sugar
If you put a neon color (LemonJellyPool) at the end,
it's perfect for West Knits designs.
LemonJellyPool, Prototype, Mint Water
When knitting brioche with two colors, MC and CC,
I feel that adding a solid color makes the pattern stand out more clearly.
If both are speckled, it gets blurry.
Grape Sorbet, Marsh Mallow, Grape Sorbet, Marsh Mallow
Bringing yellow to the end just makes me happy!
Grape Sorbet, Marsh Mallow, Plum Sugar, Lu, Blueberry Milk Fudge, Tropical Mandarin
Chic, mature combination
Nun's Sachet, Azuki Milk, Plum Sugar
I personally love vivid colors.
Grape Sorbet, Rikyu, Flamenco No. 2
What a Fade uses six colors, doesn't it?
How about transitioning from purple tones to cooler shades?

Here is my current favorite six-color combination ↓
