Regarding sales quantity
We are very grateful to have received applications from three times the expected number of customers.
The number of applications received is equivalent to the number of orders from our last regular pre-order sale in January,
so there is a possibility that items may be sold out if the limit is reached on the day.
While there is no need to rush,
we would appreciate it if you could confirm that you can access the page as described above and select your desired products in advance.
Regarding emails
We are currently sending registration completion emails to all customers who have applied to us.
If you have not received a reply email,

In some cases, the email address you sent from and

did not match (including typos).

Tips for purchasing!
The reason why some customers cannot purchase, even for a pre-order sale,
is solely due to my inability to keep up with production volume,
and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Also, because we use an overseas web service,
we apologize for any inconvenience such as difficulty with membership registration or checkout procedures.
In light of this,
to help you make your purchase as smoothly as possible,
I have listed the following tips.
●Log in before shopping
→Check if you remember your login email address and password.
●Enter your address in advance
→This is to avoid losing time by entering your address during checkout.
1. Confirm your name.
Because it is an overseas site,
most people enter their First Name and Last Name in reverse order.
However, this only results in the name on the delivery and email appearing unnatural (like an American name).
If your name has been reversed on previous emails or deliveries and you are concerned,
please correct it.
2. Confirm your address
If you purchase with PayPal, your address may be displayed in English.
It will still be delivered even with an English address.
However, if possible, please change it to Japanese notation
and
please confirm the accurate notation of your postal code and address.
This is because for courier services, we have to manually correct each address.
●Choose bank transfer
For payment,
・Paypal (credit card)
・Bank Transfer (Bank Deposit)
are available.
If you use Paypal,
you will be asked to log in or enter your card information after transitioning to the Paypal screen,
whereas with bank transfer, you can proceed directly to checkout.
