The next shop update is on July 1st.

The next shop update will be

Sunday, July 1st, at 8:00 PM.

First, an

Announcement for Made-to-Order Sales

The color is

Ujeong

LemonJellyPool

I drank new tea at a tearoom in Seoul, Korea on a rainy day.

The fresh, bamboo-like aroma passed smoothly through my nose,

and it was a tea where I could fully enjoy its sweetness and freshness.

The name of that tea is "Ujeong."

I dyed it by layering a young bamboo-like green with a deep matcha-like green,

and then scattered tea leaf-like specks and

a few golden orange specks on top.

Baby alpaca 50%

Linen 25%

Silk 25%

I arbitrarily named this base "Summer Linen,"

but I truly believe it's a versatile player.

Since it contains 50% baby alpaca,

it provides warmth when it's chilly,

while the linen and silk work well to

regulate temperature.

Many people are knitting wonderful garments with just two skeins.

Please check it out on Instagram with the hashtag #lemonjellypool!

Next, the color

The Rain

LemonJellyPool

I've dyed several gray-based colors until now,

but I still wasn't satisfied with them for single-color use.

This "The Rain" is something I can proudly

present.

The color is like Paris on a rainy day.

It has a sophisticated and chic feel.

By the way, I like "Rain" sung by Motohiro Hata, not Senri Oe.

(That doesn't matter.)

This time, both new colors have "rain" as their theme.

Next,

Introduction of new colors

I've been so focused on Summer Linen that

it's actually been a long time since I introduced new colors.

Marrakech Smoke

I wanted to dye something in terracotta pink,

so I drew inspiration from Moroccan interiors, which I've always loved.

Alchemist

Cool yarn with a silver-gray base.

I took the name "Alchemist" from a novel,

and I think the meaning "alchemy" is quite fitting, don't you?

Granite

Although it seems like I always dye pop colors (which is true),

I can also dye light colors, you know.

I dyed this with that spirit.

It's not sorbet or gelato,

but how about an iced dessert made from frozen fruit juice

with a slightly crunchy texture?

Nest

I'd love to sleep in a nest made of such sweet-looking treats.

A faint lemon-colored base with

harvest-colored specks.

When I always try to explain the names and yarns,

it's often difficult to understand and convey their meaning.

Regardless of the names and images,

I am always confident that once they reach your hands,

they will become wonderful creations beyond imagination with your free ideas.

I will keep dyeing intensely to secure as many items as possible for sale until the last minute!
