It's truly been a long time since my last update.
Last year, sales were lower than usual.
I had actually planned to do a pre-order sale in December,
but with the incredibly weak yen and high electricity costs,
I somehow just kept slowing down and ended up in 2023.
I was hit with a mysterious illness in the summer and again in November.
Even after going to the hospital, nothing particularly bad was found,
but since it's my own body, an ailment is still an ailment.
I've recovered remarkably since mid-December
and have been feeling well without needing any medication.
When I think about LemonJellyPool,
I know I haven't been giving it my all, but
I've decided not to worry about it too much.
It seems that dyeing and selling at my own pace
suits me best.
Since autumn, I've been absorbed in drawing,
I'm also reading books,
and I want to visit art museums and travel,
so I just don't have enough time.
I'm truly sorry that I haven't been able to deliver to everyone,
but this year, I'll continue to go at my own pace.
I still plan to do pre-order sales eventually,
but due to the weak yen and high fuel costs, it's difficult
to purchase large quantities.
For the next few months, I'll be dyeing and selling at my leisure.
This means no advance notice.
If fate brings us together, I'd be delighted.
Soon, I plan to sell a Lily of the Valley set, Daphne, and a matching blue yarn (D's Blue).
After that, I'm thinking of dyeing colors requested on Instagram
and past colors as well.
This might not be the most inspiring greeting, but
I hope you'll continue to support LemonJellyPool this year.
