Regarding custom orders

 

This process might be a bit complicated, so

here's how to place an order.

 

 ① Select the custom product

 

 

 ② Select the base

 

 

 

③ Enter the number of skeins (4 or more)

 

 

Once you proceed to your cart,

 

④ Enter the color in the remarks section

 

 

 

 

 

After this, proceed to complete the payment.

The issue here is that the remarks section you just filled out

will not appear again until after the payment is complete,

so you won't be able to confirm if there are any mistakes.

You can check by returning to the cart, but please don't worry about it too much;

just focus on completing your purchase.

 

 

⑤ Check your order confirmation email

Once your purchase is complete, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

Please check its contents carefully.

If you entered anything in the remarks section, it will be displayed below the Total amount.

If nothing is displayed, it means nothing was entered in the remarks section.
